Check your email — a prepaid UPS shipping label will arrive in your inbox within the next few minutes. The label reflects the shipping speed you selected.
Pack your garments — fold them neatly in a sturdy box. If you have any notes about stains or special care, tuck them inside.
Attach the label and ship — stick the label on the outside of your box and drop it off at any UPS location, or schedule a free UPS pickup from home.

We take it from here — once your package arrives at our Brooklyn Navy Yard facility, a dedicated account representative will reach out to confirm your order, review your garments, and keep you updated every step of the way.
